At the moment we have a vacant position.

Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flextime
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be
considered, regardless of nationality.

General purpose.
Execute office tasks related to the organized maintenance and operating
with settlements with customers. To get to be Operations Assistant you
must be a good organizer and manage with working under deadline pressure.

Job activities.
1. Take payments from clients;
2. Handle requests;
3. Transfer money through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Write monthly reports;
5. Maintain all necessary records;
6. Keeping accurate records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Possibility to work from home;
2. Permanently living in Japan;
3. Stress tolerance;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as accountant manager is a plus.
