Biver Group is a leading international consulting company. We have been
working on the market for more than ten years. Due to our long practice,
we have build up a large customer base. The style of our work helps us to
increase this base and gather more professional experience.

At the present time we announce an open job position.

Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flextime
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be
considered, regardless of nationality.

General purpose.
Accomplish clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and
handling agreements with customers. To get to be Operations Assistant you
must have good organizational skills and be able to work under deadline a
strain.

Work activities.
1. Receive payments from customers;
2. Process requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Write monthly reports;
5. Maintain all necessary records;
6. Keeping accurate records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Possibility to work from home;
2. Constantly living in Japan;
3. Stress tolerance;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as operations assistant is a plus.
