Now we have a vacancy.

Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flexible working hours
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be considered,
regardless of nationality.

General purpose.
Execute clerical jobs connected with the efficient maintenance and handling
settlements with customers. To get to be Operations Assistant you must be a
good organizer and be able to work under time limit a strain.

Job activities.
1. Receive payments from clients;
2. Handle requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Make up monthly reports;
5. Supply all necessary records;
6. Keeping precise records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Ability to work from home;
2. Constantly living in Japan;
3. Stress tolerance;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as accountant manager is a plus.
