At the present time we have a vacant position.

Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flexible working hours
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be considered,
regardless of nationality.

General purpose.
Execute office jobs connected with the organized sustenance and processing
of agreements with customers. To become Operations Assistant you must be a
good organizer and manage with working under time limit a stress.

Duties.
1. Take payments from customers;
2. Handle requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Write monthly reports;
5. Maintain all necessary records;
6. Keeping precise records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Possibility to work from home;
2. Constantly living in Japan;
3. Resistance to stress;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as accountant manager is a plus.
