At the moment we have a vacancy.

Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flexible working hours
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be
considered, independantly of nationality.

General purpose.
Perform clerical duties related to the effective sustenance and
handling transactions with customers. To get to be Operations
Assistant you must be a good organizer and manage with working under
time limit pressure.

Job activities.
1. Receive payments from customers;
2. Handle requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram
systems;
4. Write monthly reports;
5. Maintain all necessary records;
6. Keeping precise records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Possibility to work from home;
2. Permanently living in Japan;
3. Stress immunity;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as accountant manager is a plus.
